Poster Presentation Guidelines

1. All posters are accepted only on a printed flexi poster, no e-posters are accepted.

2. Ensure that your printed flexi poster fits on the above-mentioned 2 x 4 feet size pinboard.

3. Make sure that the poster is in high resolution with a normal font and light background colors before printing.

4. Stand near your poster in the allotted slot and present briefly.

5. In a time slot of One hr, your presentation to judge is max upto 5 mins.
