📑 Free Paper Presentation Guidelines

Instructions for Free Paper Presentation:

⭐ The file must be in the form of a PowerPoint presentation.
⭐ Maximum number of slides allowed: 15.
⭐ Each slide should contain not more than 10 lines.
⭐ After preparing your presentation, please send the file to apapicon2025abstracts@gmail.com and also share it via WhatsApp to 8885187576 along with your abstract number.

The first slide of the presentation should include:

⭐ Name of the Presenter
⭐ Paper Title (In Bold)
⭐ Institution

Colour Specifications:

⭐ For light backgrounds (white, yellow, light blue), use dark fonts (black, navy blue, dark green).
⭐ For dark backgrounds (blue, purple), use light fonts (white, yellow, cyan).
⭐ Avoid using red or green in any fonts or backgrounds.
⭐ Illustrations, images, and photographs should be enlarged enough to show relevant details clearly.

Note: Last date to submit your presentation is 9th September 2025.
As a backup, please carry your presentation in a pen drive to the venue.
